Appreciating the blessings of natural resources, we aim to realize a sustainable society as a manufacturer of natural cosmetics and health food ingredients involved in "beauty and health".

Since our establishment, we have developed and manufactured high-quality natural cosmetics and health food ingredients through our own research and development and technological innovation based on respect for people and preservation of the natural environment.

THE GOAL Numerical Targets for the Year 2030

Nature

  • Activities to protect the the oceans, seas and marine resources

    For every 1kg of the target product sold during the 10 years to 2030, 100 yen will be used for activities to protect the ocean.

    For every 1kg of the target product sold, 100 yen will be used for activities to protect land for 10 years until 2030.

Technology

  • The state of the product

    We will consider what the product should be in 2030, and will launch two concentrated type products by the end of 2022.

  • Productivity Improvement

    Improve the production volume per person at production sites by 40% in 2030 compared to 2020.

  • Ensuring sustainable production and consumption patterns.

    Aim for a 3-year quality assurance period for food ingredients by 2025 and for cosmetic ingredients by 2030.

  • Lifelong learning and diversification of abilities

    Encourage employee-centered lifelong learning and diversify the abilities.
    Provide subsidies for the acquisition of all certifications for which certificates are issued, aiming for a cumulative total of 200 or more by 2030.

    Introduce a staggered working hour system, aiming for a system utilization rate of at least 30% for all employees by 2030.

    Aim to have at least 15% of female managers by 2030.
