Recognized as Excellent Corporation for Health Management 2022, Bright 500
On March 9, 2022, for the third consecutive year, ICHIMARU PHARCOS was recognized under the Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Category) established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) for corporations with excellent health management. For the second year in a row, the company was also awarded to the top 500 best-run enterprises under "Bright 500".
The Certified Health and Productivity Management Organization Recognition Program started in 2016 highlights outstanding large small and medium-sized enterprises implementing health and productivity management and thereby aims to develop an environment in which such enterprises are able to gain enhanced recognition from employees, employment seekers, related enterprises and financial institutions.
Under the 2022 program, the Nippon Kenko Kaigi which jointly hosts the program with METI has recognized 12,255 organizations under the medium-sized enterprises category among which the top 500 were recognized as "Bright 500" enterprises.
We are proud to have been selected as one of the "Bright 500" for consecutive years, and we will continue to develop our health management initiatives, positioning the promotion of employee health as an important management task.
