HappiClov up-regulates two factors important for
skin smiling, Elastin and DANCE.
- -Elastin works like a spring in the skin mattress.
- -DANCE aligns monomeric elastin to form elastin fiber.

The material plant is a polyleafic strain 70% of which grows as more than four leaves. This strain was developed by repeated hybridization and stock division for ten years, without gene manipulation.
DANCE promotes tropoelastin polymerization on microfibril to form elastin fiber. However, the amount of DANCE is reduced depending on aging and UV. HappiClov promotes expression of DANCE and appropriate elastin fiber formation.
β-Endorphin not only promotes cell proliferation of keratinocyte and dermal fibroblast but also improves epidermal turnover and barrier function.
