ICHIMARU PHARCOS has installed photovoltaic panels on the rooftops of its new N2 and N4 plant buildings, which were newly expanded in 2016. Part of the electricity used in the production process is generated by solar power.

Solar Power Generation System

Renewable energy produced by solar power generation can reduce greenhouse gas emissions during power generation compared to fossil energy sources such as oil and coal, which are raw materials for thermal power generation.
The clean energy generated by solar panels is used in our production process.

・Percentage of power generation to production process: 3.3% - 11.3%/month.

In addition, a wind turbine generator was installed on the roof of the Ibuki Building at the Headquarters in November 2021.

ICHIMARU PHARCOS would like to continue the use of environmentally sustainable clean energy sources in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Relationship to the SDGs

The use of renewable energy helps prevent global warming and climate change, and can contribute to the "Energy for All and Cleaner" initiative in the SDGs.
