Our registered cosmetic raw materials under CSAR in China exceeded 350 items


ICHIMARU PHARCOS is pleased to announce that our registered raw materials under the new regulation by National Medical Products Administration exceeded 350 while domestic cosmetics manufacturers and suppliers hasten to respond to "Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation (CSAR)” enforced in China in 2021. 

In May 2021, new management regulations based on CSAR were enforced in China, and cosmetics manufacturers and suppliers in each country are also taking measures to comply with it. 
Under these circumstances, with the cooperation of ICHIMARU PHARCOS CHINA, our local subsidiary in China, we have succeeded in registering more than 350 products with their raw material submission code.

CSAR requires that each raw material used in cosmetics sold in China must be accompanied by a "raw material safety-related information document" or include an "ingredient submission code" obtained from the Chinese authorities' website. 

Cosmetics manufacturers are focusing on expanding their business in China. As the importance of developing cosmetics that meet local tastes increases, we will continue to provide comprehensive solutions that include not only the functionality, quality, and safety of ingredients, but also local information and regulatory compliance.
