Product Features
A Citrus Reticulata (Tangerine) Peel Extract that gives the skin a deep and transparent feeling by giving firmness to the cells of the stratum corneum and increasing the internally reflected light from the deep part of the skin.
It is expected to improve the transparency of the stratum corneum and the brightness of the skin. This product is manufactured using 1,3-butylene Glycol which is derived from sugar cane. Listed in China INCI.
