An extract obtained from Lemongrass, Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf of Gramineae family native to India. Lemongrass is a plant similar to Japanese pampas grass and has a scent similar to that of lemon, and is also used to add aroma to tea and dishes. Famous for being used in Thai food soup "Tom Yum Kung". It is also considered a medicinal plant in Thailand and used as a medicine for stomach pain.
