Alanine is also known to accelerate alcohol decomposition when taken during drinking.


Glycine - Help to wake up refreshed and relax

Glycine has been confirmed to improve the quality of sleep, help to wake up feeling good while also preventing daytime sleepiness, improve work efficiency, and reduce the sensation of fatigue. Glycine is required for the synthesis of glutathione which is an anti-oxidative substance generated in the body. This amino acid makes up one-third of collagen.
